Our commitment

JHNY ART aims to make browsing, selecting artwork and shopping accessible to as many people as possible. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for improvements. This statement is a commitment to ongoing improvement, not a certification that every page or third-party feature fully conforms.

If a page, form, product option or checkout step is difficult to use, email hello@jhny-art.com. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do and, if useful, the browser or assistive technology involved. Tell us your preferred accessible format so we can help with product information or the purchasing process. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Ongoing improvements

We review reported barriers and work to address them. Some store functions are supplied by third parties, and we may need their assistance to resolve an issue. Any accessibility controls offered on the site are additional tools and do not replace accessible design or assistance.
