Handling and installation

Handle frames and corners carefully. Keep packaging away from children. Use mounting hardware appropriate for the product’s weight and your wall type, follow any supplied installation instructions and seek qualified help if unsure. Do not mount a damaged frame or use damaged hanging hardware. Keep artwork away from conditions unsuitable for its materials, including excessive moisture, heat and open flames.

Report a safety concern

If you believe an item may be unsafe, stop using or installing it and contact hello@jhny-art.com. Include your order number, product details, a description of the concern, photographs if safe to take, and any relevant label information. We will investigate with the relevant production partner and explain the next steps.
