SMS Terms

These terms govern the JHNY ART marketing text-message program operated by Bridge A LLC using Klaviyo. By expressly opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from JHNY ART at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Messages and charges
Messages may include product announcements, offers and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Availability depends on the country, carrier and mobile service. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide, be at least 18 or the applicable age of majority, and provide valid consent.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to a program message to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help or email hello@jhny-art.com. If you change or give up your mobile number, unsubscribe first and notify us so messages are not sent to its next user. Marketing opt-out does not affect essential order-related email communications.
Consent and privacy
SMS consent is separate from email marketing consent. Our Privacy Policy explains how mobile numbers, consent records and messaging activity are processed, including by Klaviyo as a service provider. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Delivery and program changes
Message delivery is subject to your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change or end the program, subject to applicable law, and will obtain new consent or provide notice where required. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date.
Other terms and your rights
Our Terms of Service also apply, including their dispute-resolution provisions and applicable consumer-rights exceptions. Nothing in these SMS Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
