Our intellectual property

JHNY ART artwork, branding, photography, text and other site content are owned by Bridge A LLC or its licensors to the extent protected by applicable law. Buying an artwork gives you ownership of the physical item, not a license to reproduce the artwork or use our branding commercially. Lawful resale of your individual physical item and statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

Our creative work may use generative AI tools alongside human creative input. We claim only rights we actually hold; we do not assert copyright in material that lacks the human authorship required for protection. See section 10 of our Terms of Service.

Copyright and trademark complaints

If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, email hello@jhny-art.com with the subject “Intellectual property complaint”. Include:

  • Your name and contact details, and your authority to act for the rights holder.
  • Identification of the protected work or mark and the specific material complained of, including its URL.
  • An explanation of the claimed infringement and supporting information.
  • A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or law.
  • A statement that the information is accurate and, for a copyright notice, under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review sufficiently detailed reports and may request clarification, restrict material, or contact the person who supplied it. Reports should be accurate; knowingly false infringement allegations may have legal consequences.

If your material was removed

Contact hello@jhny-art.com identifying the material and explaining why you believe removal was mistaken, with supporting evidence and your contact details. We will review the response and explain any additional information or statutory counter-notice procedure that applies. We may restrict accounts involved in repeated infringement, subject to applicable law.
